Personal Information To Use Blue BNB
Contact Information
We collect personal information which includes but is not limited to, Name, Address, E-Mail, Phone Number, Profile Photo and more depending on what type of account you hold.
Identity Verification & Payment Information
Depending on the services that you use on Blue BNB you may be required to provide Identity Verification before you can start hosting locations on Blue BNB (“Our Site”) and use all the Hosting Features. This is so customers can trust the locations provided on Our Site.
Payment Information is processed through a service called Stripe for Domestic & International Payments which is a safe and secure payment processing solution. Hosts will never have access to personal credit card information for added security.
Information Provided To Hosts
Your personal information is sent to the host of a location once you have booked a stay with them, NO PAYMENT information is given to the hosts. If you send a message to one of our hosts then your E-mail and message content is provided to the host along with any other information you choose to share with them.
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Blue BNB & Payment Services, we automatically collect personal Information. This information may include:
Geo-Location Information
Precise or approximate location determined by your IP Address or mobile devices GPS depending on your default settings.
Usage Information
Such as pages and content that you view such as searching for listings, bookings you have made or other actions on Blue BNB.
Payment Transaction Information
Such as payment method / instrument used, date & time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date and billing postcode, PayPal email address, your address and other related transaction information.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We use Third Party Services such as Google Geo-Locations, Maps & Services to display locations and location search results as well as Stripe for processing your payment information.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
